With over 30 years of experience, Seferino quickly drove GCR to the top of its industry – building relationships with repeat clients and expanding his reach from Southern California to the entire state of California. In less than 10 years, GCR has completed over a thousand projects and has grown its small home office of 2 to a roster of over 100 experienced employees working in-office and on the field.
